Seismic Retrofit: We have done seismic retrofit projects for over a hundred structures. They include churches, hillside foundations, single and multi-residential buildings, pre-stressed concrete and steel commercial buildings, houses, historic buildings, un-reinforced masonry buildings, and much more. Most retrofit projects are not alike, creating the opportunities to be innovative. We have a in-house geo-technical engineer who specialize in the seismic aspects of soil engineering.
